Here is the list of meets planned for the 2009-10 academic year. Note that plans can change though, and you should always keep an eye on the the announcements forum for the most up to date info on meet arrangements.

“Climbing Meets” will go to either an indoor climbing wall or outdoor rock/ice climbing venue depending upon the conditions at the time. The outdoor rock climbing season is generally spring-summer and the outdoor ice climbing season is generally midwinter but conditions do vary. The destination for each climbing meet will be announced at the time via the announcements forum.
NOTE: The OS map numbers are shown as a guide only - in some cases the meet location may cross the edges of more than one map and the map(s) you need will depend on the route you plan to do. Always double check map coverage area before buying a new map. The OS Website has a map shop which shows the exact coverage of each map with an option to view a scaled down image of the map, which can be useful for this.
